What AIRBNB expect from guests
We expect our guests to meet certain standards and be considerate and respectful of their hosts, the hosts' neighbors, and any other community members with whom they interact.
What we don't allow:
Disrespect to surrounding communities: During their stay or Experience, guests must respect the surrounding community and its rules. This includes, but is not limited to: designated quiet hours, parking locations and hours, number of cars allowed, and proper disposal of trash and debris in designated areas.
Reservation Agreement Violation:
Guests must comply with the rules set by hosts on each reservation, as long as they are not inconsistent with Airbnb's policies. This includes, but is not limited to, arrival and departure times, number of guests, permission to bring pets or smoke, the ability to capture images for commercial purposes, and other host rules agreed upon at the time of booking.
Guests also have to return the keys as agreed by both parties and immediately contact the host if any problems arise.
Disrespect for space:
Guests may not leave the place where they stayed or their grounds in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning or repairs beyond normal wear and tear. Housekeeping fees only cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations.
Tampering with Security Devices:
Guests may not disconnect or otherwise obscure any permitted and properly disclosed security device.
Access to personal property other than your own:
Any area clearly designated as prohibited, locked, or containing personal or confidential information is prohibited for guests.

Lo que AIRBNB espera de los huéspedes
Esperamos que nuestros huéspedes cumplan con ciertos estándares y sean considerados y respetuosos con sus anfitriones, los vecinos de los anfitriones y cualquier otro miembro de la comunidad con quien interactúen.
Lo que no permitimos:
Falta de respeto a las comunidades circundantes: Durante su estadía o Experiencia, los huéspedes deben respetar la comunidad circundante y sus reglas. Esto incluye, pero no se limita a: horas de silencio designadas, lugares y horarios de estacionamiento, cantidad de automóviles permitidos y eliminación adecuada de basura y escombros en áreas designadas.
Violación del Acuerdo de Reserva:
Los huéspedes deben cumplir con las reglas establecidas por los anfitriones en cada reserva, siempre que no sean incompatibles con las políticas de Airbnb. Esto incluye, entre otros, los horarios de llegada y salida, la cantidad de invitados, el permiso para traer mascotas o fumar, la capacidad de capturar imágenes con fines comerciales y otras reglas del anfitrión acordadas en el momento de la reserva.
Los huéspedes también deben devolver las llaves según lo acordado por ambas partes y comunicarse de inmediato con el anfitrión si surge algún problema.
Falta de respeto por el espacio:
Los huéspedes no pueden dejar el lugar donde se hospedaron o sus terrenos en un estado que requiera una limpieza excesiva o profunda o reparaciones más allá del desgaste normal. Las tarifas de limpieza solo cubren el costo de la limpieza estándar entre reservas.
Manipulación de dispositivos de seguridad:
Los invitados no pueden desconectar ni ocultar ningún dispositivo de seguridad permitido y debidamente divulgado.
Acceso a propiedad personal distinta a la suya:
Cualquier área claramente designada como prohibida, cerrada o que contenga información personal o confidencial está prohibida para los invitados.
